White floral arrangement with roses and orchids on a white pedestal outdoors

You’ve probably already Googled “do faux flowers look fake?”

Fair question. You don’t want them to look cheap and nasty, and neither do I.
Bad quality faux flowers absolutely exist. I’m not going to pretend otherwise, but that’s not what I do.

Every arrangement at The Faux Studio is made with high-quality blooms (the kind guests walk past and have to do a double take at). Most couples tell me their guests don’t realise they’re faux until they say something.

That's the standard for every wedding.

WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU

High-quality faux flowers for weddings, even in an Aussie heatwave.

Fresh florals get nearly impossible to source (and eye-wateringly expensive) around popular dates. Mother's Day weekends, Valentine's, peak summer. You either compromise on the look or pay a premium for it. The Faux changes all of that.

No seasonal restrictions

Any flower, any time of year with no compromises around what's available.

No surprises on the day

No wilting or weather worries. Your florals look the same at 9am as they do at midnight.

No availability stress

Getting married around Mother's Day or Valentine's? Popular dates don't dictate your florals.

HOW IT WORKS

A colorful adult coloring book page with abstract geometric patterns and floral designs, partially filled in with pink, orange, yellow, and purple markers.

Hire the big pieces. Keep the bouquets. Or do both.

A lot of faux hire works like this: pick from what's already made. Essentially take it or leave it. That's not how I work. Everything is custom quoted from your colours, your flowers and your vision. There’s no predetermined list or minimum spend.

Hire the big pieces

Arbours, flower clouds, towers, bud vases and more, returned after the day.

Keep the bouquets and jacket pins as keepsakes

Yours to have long after the day, a keepsake that doesn't wilt by Monday morning.

Or do a mix of both

A blend of hire and keep, scaled to your wedding with no minimum spend.

Every bouquet ships with high-quality silk ribbon and every cloud and tower is properly weighed down, so nothing shifts, tips, or blows over. A detail a lot of faux suppliers skip, but we don't.

THE PROCESS

It's simpler than you think.

BOOKING 18 MONTHS OUT? YOU’RE NOT LOCKED INTO ANYTHING

Two years is a long time to commit to a colour palette...

The good news is that you don't have to. A 30% deposit secures your date and your pricing. Your flower choices, colours and arrangements stay flexible right up until 90 days before the wedding. Change your mind in month 14? Totally fine, that’s the whole point.

You get the security of locking in the booking without locking in decisions you're not ready to make.

The Faux Studio probably isn’t for you if...

  • You're worried about guests knowing your flowers are faux. We're proud of what we do, and we think you should be too!

  • You're after low-grade artificial flowers or a fully DIY supply-only approach

The Faux Studio is definitely for you if...

  • You want faux flowers that genuinely look real

  • You want full creative input without being locked in two years ahead

  • You value clear communication and transparent pricing

  • You're getting married on a popular date and don't want to fight for florals

  • You want to see your flowers before the day, not just hope for the best

  • You want a vendor who communicates clearly and actually responds

“I just want something timeless.

We hear this a lot. And we get it, nobody wants to look back in ten years and cringe. But here's our honest take: leaning into trends you genuinely love can actually be the timeless move. Timeless doesn't mean safe. It means true to you.

And because you're not locked into decisions the moment you book (we don't need your colour palette two years out) you've got space to land on something that actually feels right once the time comes.
